Use of the Service
You may use FlipFolio only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and project information.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
Subscriptions and Billing
FlipFolio Pro subscriptions purchased on iOS are billed through Apple. Pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple's billing terms. We may change available plans and features from time to time.
Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve FlipFolio.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Disclaimer
FlipFolio provides business and pricing insights for informational purposes. Results are estimates and are not financial, tax, or legal advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipFolio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FlipFolio after changes means you accept the updated terms.
